We all live and breathe in shifting spaces.
Some of us mindfully live in the world, not of it.
That's my goal. Living mindfully, intentionally in everything I do.
I'm sitting here with my dogs draped around my shoulders like huge, warm, shawls. Even though they're both large dogs, they like to think and act like lap dogs (or shoulder dogs). Dogs are so present; so immediate. They want my company, so they avail themselves of my presence.
I choose to experience God in the same way. God is present; immediate. God wraps that Presence around me and my life like a large shawl. There, warm, holy, for me to discover at any time, any place I need.
